I highly recommend Theresa (A Cook in my Kitchen) for her professionalism and her meticulous manner of meeting the needs of her clientele. We asked Theresa to cater a very special, corporate affair with a Luau theme that would be attended by several hundred guests from around the country. It was a major success and folks still remember it to this day. The food was scrumptious and plentiful, the presentation coordinated perfectly with the affair’s decor and theme. Theresa coordinated the entertainment and it was the pinnacle of the evening. She had authentic Hawaiian dancers who gave a first rate show and then attempted teaching people how to hula dance. It was a scream. Theresa planned and communicated with us weeks in advance and kept us apprised throughout the preparation process. The day of the event, Theresa was early to set up and stayed late after the event to help clean up.
